Delivery of goods
Orderit.co.za offers 2 (Two) methods of the delivery of Goods to you or you may collect from our premises.
- Our own delivery vehicles in the Cape Town region, this service is free (please see exact free-delivery region below)
- via courier
The cost of delivery will be confirmed at the time of check out when you place the order
Our own delivery vehicles in the Cape Town region covers the area from Cape Town CBD, Southern Suburbs to Cape Point; to Atlantis, Durbanville, Brackenfell, Stellenbosch, Somerset-West and Gordons Bay. Other locations are delivered via courier.
Orderit.co.za will deliver the Goods to you within our target time period of 48 hours after payment confirmation, or sooner if reasonably possible. (“Delivery Period”).
We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods as per our commitment and suggested Delivery Period.
You may then after receiving such notification elect whether or not to proceed with your order for the Goods or cancel your order.
If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you at full purchase price.
You may elect to collect your order from our warehouse in Montague Gardens
We also supply clients outside of South Africa, for pricing please forward the request to firstname.lastname@example.org
for a quote and confirmation of delivery period
If you need to check on the status of your order please email your request to email@example.com
and quote your invoice number for the exact status on your order/s
If there is an item short supplied or missing from your parcel you need to advise us within 12 hours from receipt. We also advise that you check your parcel before you accept it and sign for it, if the parcel shows visible proof of being tampered with it would mean that there is a likelihood of a missing item. Then the parcel will be accepted at your discretion or you have the right to not accept the delivery. Please inform us as soon as possible via email firstname.lastname@example.org
